Returns and Exchanges:
GraceOliver will replace an item with another selection, or issue a credit or refund according to our guarantee.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
1. Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip.
2. Obtain a return # (RA#) number by e-mailing Customer Service: returns@graceoliver.com
3. Include the RA number in the following return shipping address: graceoliver.com, 351 pleasant Street, Suite #190, Northampton MA 01060
4. For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Graceoliver.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
5. If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, GraceOliver will provide a prepaid return label.
