Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: How long does an order take to ship?
A: We pride ourselves in the quick handling of your orders, with most in-stock items shipping within 1-2 days of ordering; however some orders may take up to 5 business days to process. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock; you will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order. You will also be notified of any other delays beyond 10 days after placing your order.
